Before Gridlink, there was Kyoto's Mortalized. Takafumi Matsubara's guitar playing is unmistakeable, and if you dont have their discography yet, you can definitely hear him further develop into the amazing guitarist he is. Featuring Sanshiro Yamazaki of the famed LA MADRAGUE, and Hoonee Jo from Jardim de Flores, the 3 tracks here are their last hoorah, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to collaborate with a band we grew up listening to.
Syntax* delivers 7 tracks of single pedal blast beats, shrieks and growls, and discordant yet melodic guitar riffs.
